The Arts Council Arts Debate is online and waiting input from you on the website of Arts Council England.

The arts debate is a large-scale programme of research, public consultation and debate to explore what people value about the arts.

The site is stuffed with all kinds of waffle, but there is space for you to add your point of view.

    Hi John,
    Great to see a link to the debate on your blog. We’re running a feature to coincide with the David Cohen Prize for Fiction, that asks; How do we determine literary greatness? I thought this might be of interest to you and your blog followers! The feature will run on the homepage in a couple of weeks, for now it’s in the features section.
