Actually, I wonder whether you have suspected like me that Graham Greene's short story, The Blue Film, has been inverted to provide the theme of Julian's Before She Met Me ... particularly the reveries in the cinema ... as to Graham, Julian's protagonist, it's a rather stiff and stuffy name and is an unlikely choice for literary creation, in my own view, if the Greeneish significance of the Blue Film wasn't intended.

I've never been very interested in romance novels but "Before She Met Me" seems like an interesting read. At least it is short too so if I didn't like it, I know I wouldn't have wasted my time.

I find this quite effective in portraying the character's compulsiveness tunnel vision. Almost like a sweet paranoia. There's humour in there; some of it's endearing, but ultimately you want to be sitting away from the guy at the other end of the bus!

Wow! my bestfriend will surely love this - Before She Met Me! She loves so much novel novel. Just one quick question - where can I get it? I'm thinking to give it to my bestfriend as my present.
